I am excited and sad to share with you that next school year (2016-2017) I will be living and volunteering in El Salvador, Central America. It is very bittersweet because I will miss all of you and school very much. I love being at school and teaching third grade. This all makes me feel very sad. I am happy, though, because I will get to follow another dream of mine. For almost 15 years, I have dreamed of living and volunteering in El Salvador, and I finally have that chance!
I am most excited to be able to connect with you next year! I will write blog updates that you can follow either with your class or at home. I think this will be very exciting because there will be so much I will want to share with you!
I hope that you have a great summer, read a lot, and play!
